….So did Dice start having feelings for him when they got drunk or something and Devil probably started praising him for his hard work and everything? And in the episode where he finds Dice, he’s like “You’re talking to your number one! Remember?” He kept saying it too, “I did? Me? It was me?”. Stickler had to remind him that he made that rule. And in one of the episodes, he forgot that he made a rule in the book that if he didn’t collect any souls for a while (I think) everything he loves will be bubbled until he gets a soul. Meanwhile he treats Henchman much better than he does with Dice. Only time he calls him his number one was when Dice mentioned it and told him he was going to get Cuphead’s soul or when he failed and said ‘you’re no longer my number one’. With the way season 1 and season 3 played out though, it makes me wonder….ĭoes Devil even remember calling Dice his number one…? The way he treats Dice seems like he’s just his regular worker. I guess when he didn’t come back to hell, Devil probably assumed he just quit and took off somewhere. He didn’t have enough to keep it standing probably so he lost it. So after Dice failed to get Cuphead, he just took off to try and find him in the city? Maybe? Seems like he used up all his money to try and find him since his show was closed up. Even if he has to fight his brother, Grim, to get him to bring him there. So Devil, furious now, decides to go there and bring Dice back.

His punishment was meant to be Heaven since he always saw Hell as his home. Meanwhile, Devil is waiting for Dice to return after hearing the bad news, he’s freaking out about it and Stickler tells him where he’s at. Dice is rightfully paranoid about him since he knows he hasn’t been a very good person over the years, he might be just trying to get his hopes up only to break them to pieces. So while Iris looks for who ever came up with the idea of the wedding, Dal decides to try and calm Dice down by showing him around Heaven and that it’s not as bad as it looks. Nearly got in trouble with Iris since He’s very much against arranged marriages. Iris refused, No idea about the wedding though, so he pretty much calls Dal in who’s just as confused and frightened over it since he never agreed to it either. To make things worse, an angel goes up to him and says “Hey! You’re getting married to my brother, Dal! How lucky you are, huh?” Dice, in his desperate time, goes to meet Iris and demands that he goes home and to call off the wedding.

He’s absolutely horrified and sad about it. Dice gets to Heaven and has no idea why he’s there. Cuphead and Mugman are freaking out and are trying to save Dice’s soul only to mess up.
